right, time for my obligatory introduction to this forum... i'm Ik Chuang.... i hail from Penang. currently stuck in a lil craphole called London (where public transport never works.. "services cancelled due to leaves on the tracks" ). ex-Teong Leng High School class of '97 where I graduated with a P7 in SPM Mandarin (i write mandarin essays in hokkien grammer, that's how good mine is).

Wilson, Smeagol and Ms. Khoo Ah Pam of HSBC sent me here by the way.

Currently working as an overqualified bummer as I just gotten rid of the last exams (hopefully) I'll ever gonna sit for last week, courtesy of the nerdy folks from Imperial College for Nerds. oh i'm ex-King's College (the real one in London lah, not the "pirated" one of Cambridge Uni).

Interests: self-confessed car-nut; bit of amatuer-ish digital photography stuff; the occasional geeky computer stuff; and golf is cool! ok, i think i'm gonna be a loner on that last one.

Haven't seen anyone I know besides those three mentioned earlier. so for those who know me GIVE ME A SHOUT LAH!

by the way, some shmuck (yea that's you Wilson! ) just created a section just for me so hope you guys can join me there if i'm needed for further interrogation.

I'm not born in Penang, but I know a lot of penang kia and penang gal.
my high school is Pin Hwa High School, Klang, but not that PEng HUA in penang.

I know a lot of chung ling kia here, and I even know the "special" version of the school song, hehehhe...

Well, I was from Union(same batch as NFen, yenshing etc), a former girl guide, studied in Penang International College for pre-U, did my 1st year of BEng in Taylor's College and university in UMIST, UK. Now am working in PJ, but I go back to lovely Penang island ever so often. Don't ask me what I do at work...coz most of the time, I only surf net, do research on my next travel plan, IM and write emails...But my boss always thought that I'm overloaded with work! For tips on how to pretend to be busy, contact me!

Am also a big-time travel buff- backpacking style, or at least independent travel. Tour groups a big No-No for me. And of course I love to MAKAN too...which Penangite dun like makan leh?

For those who doesnt know me, im just one of the guys in PFS. One more thing though, most of u guys and gals are from scouts but i was in RC.

After form 5 i went to form 6. Same class with Thean Soon, Swee Jin, Brian and Chung Ping. Which we all end up in TAR College for like 3 to 4 years.

Now im working in Sungai Nibong as a multipurpose "so call engineer" doing sales of electronic design software and do a bit of IC/VLSI design (microchip design).

Let's talk about myself (*wat else?). I'm previously from Chung Ling, then went to PSDC, then went to University of Tasmania in Australia. Spent half year in that island of pensioner and retirees, got fcuking bored, and finished spend all my money, so I went back to Penang without complete my degree. AHHHHHHH Whatever Got sick of computer so badly anyway. Then I work as a car salesman. Sick of it too! Eventually become jobless, fcuk around for few months, now finally got a quite decent job.
Well, that just part of my stupid lil life.

Basketball is my thing. Esplanade is my playground *Penangites! Come and Challenge me 1 ON 1!!!* (I'm loussy basketballplayer though) For those who don't know where is esplanade, it was called FORT-CORNWALLIS in some history books,just another historic site with some big canons and chun japaneses tourists
